½ cup Tomato chopped

3tbsp Tomato ketchup

Directions
Macaroni is dry pasta shaped like slim spouts. They can be made of wheat . At home you can make pasta spouts using machine. They are easily available in market and well loved by all ages. There are 15 different types of pasta exists in world and mostly associated with Italy. Italy is one of the largest country where macaroni is eaten. In India macroni can be made using Kasoori methi to give extra taste.

When making any pasta with a sauce or masala always make the sauce first and after that boil the pasta. |

Now separately boil water and add generous amount of salt till the water is quite salty. In boiling water add dried pasta (macaroni) and give it a stir. Once it is boiled and cooked (time needed to boil is written on the pack of the pasta) strain the pasta and keep the pasta water. |

Heat the sauce and add the pasta, sprinkle some salt and add a dash of pasta water. Toss the pasta or using a laddle stir, lift and drop the pasta in the pan. Cook for 3mins and turn off the heat. Add chopped coriander, mozarella cheese cubes and toss again. Plate and serve it hot. |
