Ingredients
- Atta (mota) – 500gms/4cups
- Ghee – 300gms/ 1¼ cup
- Breakfast sugar – 400gm/2cups
- Black cardamom powder – ½ tsp
- Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
- Dry fruits chopped – 75gms/ ¾cup
- Gaund (optional) – 100 gms/1cup
- Almonds chopped – ¼ cup
- Cashewnuts chopped – ¼ cup
- Walnuts chopped – ¼ cup
- Raisins – ¼ cup

Heat a little ghee and cook gaund in it till it puffs and becomes crisp. Remove and keep aside till it cools. Crush it and keep aside. |

Heat remaining ghee and add atta. Cook atta on low heat till it browns. Remove and let it cool down. Now add the both cardamom powders and sugar. Mix them up along with dry fruits and crushed gaund. |
