Flour(maida) – 1½ tbsp
Milk(room temp) – 375ml/ 1½ cup
Salt – to taste
For Boiling Pasta
Water – 2lts
Salt – 1tbsp
Pasta(dried, spaghetti) – 80gms/Handful
Italian Seasoning – 1tsp
Cheese (grated) – ½ cup
Pepper Powder – a pinch
Basil sprig – for garnish

For SauceTo any pasta prepare the sauce first and then cook the pasta and add to the sauce. |

For PastaBring water to a boil and add salt to it. Add the dried pasta to the boiling water and give it a stir. Boil the pasta as per the instructions on the pack. Spaghetti usually takes about 8mins to boil al dente. |
