Soupy Veg Noodles
Ingredients
For Soup
Carrot, large (गाजर) – 1 no
Broccoli, small (ब्रोकली) – 1 no
Mushrooms (मशरुम) – 5-6 nos
Tomato, large (टमाटर) – 1 no
Onion, medium (प्याज़) – 1 no
Butter (मक्खन) – 2½ tbsp
Garlic, chopped (लहसुन) – 2 tsp
Ginger, chopped (अदरक) – 2 tsp
Green Chilli, chopped (हरि मिर्च) – 1 no
Tastemaker (टेस्ट मेकर) – 2 pkt
Turmeric (हल्दी) – ½ tsp
Chilli Sauce (चिल्ली सॉस) – 1 tbsp
Instant Noodles, powdered (इंस्टेटन नूडल्स चुरा) – 3-4 tbsp
Water (पानी) – 2½ cups
Soya Sauce, light (सोया सॉस) – 1½ tbsp
Salt (नमक) – to taste
Instant Noodles (इंस्टेटन नूडल्स) – 2 pkt
Spring Onions, chopped (हरा प्याज़) – handful

In a pan, melt some butter and then add chopped garlic, ginger and chopped green chilies.give a quick stir. After that, add the diced onions and carrots. Cook on hush heat for 3 mins and then mix in mushrooms along with salt, tastemaker (seasoning), turmeric, salt and chilli sauce (optional). Give a thorough mix and then sprinkle the powdered instant noodles. Cook the mixture until the vegetables dry out. |
