Ingredients
- Atta – 2 cups
- Salt – a generous pinch
- Channa dal boiled – 1 cup
- Onion chopped – 3 tbsp
- Green chilly chopped – 2 tsp
- Cumin – 1 tsp
- Ginger chopped – 2 tsp
- Coriander chopped – 1 tbsp
- Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder – 3/4 tsp
- Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Ghee – as required

Take some flour in a bowl and add salt and water and make a dough. Take some boiled channa dal in a bowl, add chopped onion, ginger, green chilli, coriander, tumeric, chilli powder, jeera and salt. |

Mix properly. Make some balls from the dough and spread it out. Add some stuffing into the dough and roll it out. Cook it onto a hot tava. Add some designee to the tava and turn it over. |

Cook till brown and parantha is ready. |
