Oats – ½ cup
Ice cold Water – 2 cups
Banana (large) – 1 no
Cinnamon Powder – 2tbsp
Vanilla extract – ½ tsp
Cocoa Powder – ½ tbsp

Ingredients
Apple (medium), chopped – 1no
Cucumber (small), chopped – ½ cup
Cashew nuts (soaked) – 8nos
Celery, chopped – 1 tbsp
Ginger, chopped – ¼ tsp
Lemon Juice – 1tbsp
Spinach, chopped – ½ cup
Mint leaves – handful
Moringa leaves – ¼ cup
Kale, chopped – ½ cup
Ice cold water – ½ cup
Fruit Smoothie
Ingredients
Musk Melon, chopped – 1cup
Milk – 1cup
Honey – 1½ tbsp
Celery, chopped – 1 tbsp
Ginger, chopped – ¼ tsp
Nutmeg Powder – a pinch
Black Pepper powder – a pinch
Vanilla Extract – few drops
Coconut Water – ¾ cup

For Vegan Oats MilkTo prepare the vegan smoothie we beed to start the recipe my quickly preparing oats milk. Begin by dry grinding the oats into powder in a mixer grinder. Now add chilled water into it and blend it. Remove and strain it and oat milk is ready. |

Tips while making vegan milk.Ice cold water is used as warm water will make the oats milk slimy. After adding oats do not blend for more than 20-30 secs as it will make the milk slimy again. Avoid over squeezing while straining as it makes oats milk slimy. Also don’t soak oats before grinding them. |

For Green SmoothieIn a mixer grinder add apple, cucumber, cashew nuts, celery, ginger, lemon juice and ice cold water. Blend it to gather until smooth. Once this is blended add all the leaves into it along with some ice cold water. Blend it fine into a smoothie. You can stain the green smoothie or can serve it as is. Quick tip - make sure all the ingredients are cold and once the green smoothie is made serve it immediately. |
