Lauki RaitaBegin by peeling the lauki, Deseed the lauki by using length wise cuts and reserve the flesh. Grate the flesh using the biggest size on the grater. While the lauki is freshly grated, transfer the lauki into boiling water, seasoned with water. Give it a nice stir and boil for 2-3 minutes on high flame. This remove any unwanted flavours. |
