Ingredients
- Oil – 3tbsp
- Mustard Seeds – 1tsp
- Cumin – 1tsp
- Heeng – ½ tsp
- Dry red chilli – 1no
- Green chilli – 1no
- Curry Leaves – few
- Ginger chopped – 2 tsp
- Onion chopped – 2 tbsp
- Raw mango chopped – ½ cup
- Turmeric – 1 tsp
- Potato boiled & deiced – 2cup s
- Salt – to taste
- Chilli powder – 2tsp
- Mango juice (sweetened) – 500ml

Heat a pan and drizzle oil. Add mustard seeds and once it splutters add cumin, heeng and fry red chilli. Saute and add green chilli, ginger and onions. Cook for 2 mins and add chopped raw mangoes and cook for 2mins. |

Add turmeric, chilli powder, salt and potatoes. Toss the potatoes for 3mins. Add the sweetened mango juice and let it cook till the curry thicken. Remove to a serving dish and serve it hot. |
