Directions
Ande ka Halwa also called Ande ki Lauz is a classic dessert preparation from Hyderabad. This traditional Indian dessert combines eggs with sugar and khoya and makes one of the most tastiest desserts. It is moist and nutritious and resemble sa moist pie.

Soak the almonds for half-hour and make a paste out of it. |

Dry the saffron and make into powder. |

Rub together khoya and sugar till creamy. |

Separately whisk the eggs till frothy. Now add the khoya, almond paste, saffron and oil to the eggs. |

Mix well. Brush a baking tray with little oil and then dust with maida. |

Pour in the batter and bake in an oven at 180c till done. |
