2 nos Avocado (ripe)

2 tbsp Sugar (powdered)

thick (hung) - 2 cups Yogurt

1 tsp Vanilla extract

Run a sharp knife from the top of the avocado in a circular motion. |

Slightly twist the avocado and separate the halves. |

Remove the seed and discard it. Peel off the hard skin and cut the avocado into very small dices. |

Separately whisk the yogurt, sugar and vanilla extract till it is creamy and no lumps. Fold in the avocados and keep in refrigerator to chill. Serve cold. |
