2 cups Baby Potato

Wash and pat dry the potatoes and cut them from the centre to divide into 2. Place them on to a baking tray and sprinkle salt, chaat masala, garlic, coriander, oil and lemon juice. Mix them and put them in a preheated oven to bake them at 180c for 25-30mins. |

Check if the potatoes are cooked, remove them and put them in a bowl or a platter. |
