- Boiled pearl barley – 1 cup
- Garlic Clove – ¼ no
- Cucumber Chopped – ½ cup
- Onion Chopped – 3tbsp
- Pomegranate seeds – 1 cup
- Walnuts Toasted – handful
- Lemon juice – 1tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar – 3tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper Powder – to taste
- Mango Puree (sweetened) – 1/2 cup
- Olive Oil – 2 tbsp
- Orange Segments – ½ cup
- Lettuce Chunks Assorted – handful
- Cherry tomato halved – handful

Finely chop the garlic and add it to the boiled & cooled barley. Add in rest of the ingredients and toss them together. Serve cold immediately. |
