500 gms Besan (gram flour)

5 gms Turmeric

375 gms Desi Ghee

Sugar fine grain or Burra - 1.25 kg

Almonds & Pista chopped - handful
Directions
Besan Ladoo – No one can resist the smell of Besan when you cook with ghee. No festivity is complete without a methai, and nothing compares if it is home made.

Heat ghee and cook besan on slow heat till it starts to brown. Remove from flame and add turmeric. |

Cool it completely and then add sugar. Add cardamom powder and nuts. |

Now using your hands take small portions in your hand and shape it round with your hands. Serve them. |
