Ingredients
- Oil – 2tbsp
- Garlic chopped – 2tsp
- Curd – 1½ cups
- Salt – to taste
- Black salt – to taste
- Chilli powder – ½ tsp

Begin by heating some oil on a pan over low flame. Add in garlic and fry stirring continuously until it develops a brown colour. Once the colour is developed, transfer into another bowl and cool. |

Once the garlic is cooled down, add in the curd, salt, black salt and chilli powder. |

Mix well and keep aside to mature for 15 min. |

Transfer into the serving container, garnished with some brown garlic and serve. |
