Bread Rolls with Amchur Chutney
Ingredients
Potato Boiled & Mashed – 1½ cup
Onion chopped – ¼ cup
Coriander seeds – 1 tbsp
Chilli flakes – 2 tsp
Green chilli chopped – 1 tsp
Ginger chopped – 1 tbsp
Coriander chopped – handful
Salt – to taste
Bread slices – 4nos
Cheese cubes – 4nos
Amchur Chutney
Amchur Powder – ½ cup
Sugar – ½ cup
Chilli powder – 1tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder – 1tbsp
Black salt – ¾ tsp
Salt – to taste
Water – 1½ cup

Min a bowl mix thoroughly potatoes, onion, coriander, ginger, green chilli, chilli flakes, pepper powder, salt and chopped coriander. Keep aside. |

Now gently fold the bread from the sides inwards. Press between your hands to shape it into a cylindrical shape. Even if the bread cracks from any place just press & squeeze to give it the required shape. Repeat with the remaining bread slices. |
