- Atta – 2 cups
- Maida – 2 cups
- Mozzarella Cheese grated – 1¼cup
- Cheese slice – 4 nos
- Cheddar cheese grated – 1¼cup
- Italian Seasoning – 2 tbsp
- Basil Leaves – few leaves
- Oil – for basting

For the dough, add maida, atta, salt, oil, water, and mix. Make it like a soft dough. Rest for 10-15 mins. Make small dough balls. For the stuffing, take some grated cheese. You can use mozzarella, yellow cheddar, regular cheddar and mix together. Add some carrots and beans to this (optional). Some olives and Italian seasoning to be added. |
