Cherry Tomato And Olive Crostini

Ingredients

  • Focaccia slices – 6 nos
  • Olives sliced – 1/2 cup
  • Cherry tomato – 20 nos
  • Parmesan cheese flaked – 1 cup
  • pepper – to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil – 2 tbl spn
  • Garlic chopped – 1 tsp
  • Basil leaves – few nos
  • salt – to taste

Slice the cherry tomato. Chop up the basil leaves. In a bowl combine olives, chopped garlic, basil leaves and olive oil.

Toast the bread till crisp. Remove and spoon the olive and tomato topping on this crisp bread. Sprinkle parmesan cheese.
