Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

Milk (दूध) – 2 cups

Dark Chocolate, chopped (चॉकलेट) – 35 gms (3 tbsp)

Sugar (चीनी) – ½ cup

Milk (दूध) – 1 cup

Cocoa powder (कोको पॉउडर) – 4 tbsp

Cornstarch (कॉर्न स्टार्च) – ½ cup

Oil (तेल) – few drops

 Garnish

Cocoa Powder (कोको पॉउडर) – for dusting

Steps

1
Done

Firstly, divide the milk into two parts: one part and two parts. Begin by boiling the two parts of milk with dark chocolate and sugar. While the milk is boiling, take one part of the milk and mix it in a bowl with cocoa powder and cornstarch. Whisk until there are no lumps. Once the milk is boiling, strain this mixture directly into the pot with the boiling milk. Lower the flame and continue stirring until the mixture thickens.

2
Done

Next, transfer the thickened mixture into greased molds and gently tap the molds on a thick cloth to settle the mixture. Allow it to cool in the refrigerator for at least one hour. Once set, carefully de-mold the pudding as demonstrated in the video. Dust it with cocoa powder, and your melt-in-your-mouth pudding is ready to enjoy!
