4½ tbsp or 35 grams Flour (maida)

handful Walnuts (roasted & crushed)

Directions
An international recipe originated in United States of America in 19th century. A chocolate brownie or simply a brownie is a square. It is a nutty dish and uses chocolate chips, butter or other ingredients.

To this mixture add sugar, milk, vanilla, flour, walnuts and mix again. Cut the butter paper as per the size of your container. I am using a square glass container 3.5inchesx3.5inches with 2.5inches in height. Cut 2 strips of butter paper as per the size of your container to line it from bottom and sides of the container. |

Drop the batter into the container and press it towards sides. The batter for this recipe will be thick and sticky so spread it carefully. Garnish the top of the mixture with some roasted walnuts and chocolate chunks. |

Place the container in the microwave and press microwave option, set the power to high and cook the chocolate bownie in microwave for 75seconds. Remove and check if the brownie is cooked by inserting knife close to the sides. If required cook for 10-15secs more. |

Pull the butter paper from the sides to remove the chocolate brownie from the container. Remove the butter paper and let the chocolate brownie cool on a wire rack for 5mins. You can serve it warm or cold. |
