Done

Mix together 4 cookies, banana, curd, cinnamon powder and condensed.

Blend them together till a smooth puree.

Empty into an ice cream mould.

Break remaining cookies into small chunks & add them to the ice cream mix and swirl. Freeze it completely.

Remove and scoop or cut into slices and serve frozen. Garnish with mint leaves & berries.
