Ingredients
Khus Khus (soaked) – ¼ cup
Cashewnuts (soaked) – ¼ cup
Almonds (soaked) – ¼ cup
Melon seeds (soaked) – 2tbsp
Water or Milk – a dash
Ghee – 3tbsp
Milk – ½ lt
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Sugar – to taste

Strain the soaked khus khus into the mixer, add the soaked cashews, almonds and melon seeds. |

Heat some ghee in a pan and roast the blended seed mixture in it till the seed mixture looks light golden brownish. |

Add milk to the pan with the dodi and sprinkle some cardamom powder and sugar to taste, allow it to dissolve and you’re ready serve! |
