Vanilla Sauce (Eggless)

Milk (दूध) – 1 cup

Sugar (चीनी) – 2½ tbsp

Vanilla Flavouring (वैनिला) – 1 tsp  

Cornstarch (कॉर्नस्टार्च) – 10 gms / 1 tbsp

To make Eggless Vanilla Sauce, mix cornstarch with a bit of milk to make a smooth paste. In a saucepan, combine the remaining milk, sugar, and vanilla flavoring. Heat the mixture, and when it warms up, slowly whisk in the cornstarch paste.

Continue stirring over medium heat until the sauce thickens. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your delightful Eggless Vanilla Sauce.
