Ingredients
For oats milk (yeild 500ml approx)
Oats (ओट्स) – ½ cup or 55gm
Water (पानी), Chilled – 700 mL or 3 cup
Cashew (काजू), Soaked – 6 pc or 10 gm
Almonds (बादाम), Soaked – 6 pc
For Custard
Oats Milk (ओट्स दूध) – 500ml
Custard Powder (कस्टर्ड पाउडर) – 1 tbsp
Sugar (चीनी) – 3 tbsp/50gm
Yellow colour (पीला रंग) – few drops
Vanilla extract (वेनीला सत्र) – few drops
For Garnish
Corn flakes (कॉर्न फ्लेक्स) – as required
Banana (केला) – as required
Green grapes ( हरे अंगूर) – as required
Mango (आम) – as required
Almonds (बादाम), Sliced – as required
Tutti Fruity (टूटी फ्रूटी) – as required

Keep stirring and cook on a low flame till the custard sets and becomes thick. This will take about 4-5 minutes. Pour the custard into a serving bowl and cool. |
