How to make Garlic Dip or Garlic Aioli also know as #Thoom in Arabic, is a brilliant dip & goes well with kebabs, wraps, salads & snacks. Easy to prepare & can be stored for a good time.

In a blender add garlic cloves, ice cubes, salt and lemon juice. Blend them together. And as they are still blending slowly pour oil into the blender. |

Do this slowly and as the oil finishes the garlic dip will fluff up. Remove and serve cold. |
