Guava Pani
- Guava Juice – 2cups
- Kashmiri Chilli powder – ½ tsp
- Roasted Cumin (pounded) – 1tsp
- Lemon Juice – 3tbsp
- Salt – to taste
- Black salt – ½ tsp
- Mint leaves – few
Cola Pani
- Cola Drink – 2cups
- Lemon juice – 3tbsp
- Black salt – ½ tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Roasted Cumin (pounded) – 1tsp
- Chaat Masala – ½ tsp
Orange Pani
- Orange Juice – 2cups
- Coriander Powder – 1tsp
- Chaat masala – 1 tsp
- Salt – to taste

For Pudina PaniBegin by putting the mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilli, ginger and the rest of the ingredients along with the chilled water in a blender. Blend at high, adjust seasoning and serve chilled. |

For Imli PaniBegin by taking the tamarind chutney in a bowl, add in the sugar, kashmiri chilli powder and ice water. Mix well until the sugar dissolves and serve. |

For Guava PaniTake the guava juice in a mixing bowl and add in the kashmiri chilli powder, and all of the other ingredients. Mix well and serve. |
