Ingredients
- Gur (small chunks) – 1½ cups
- Water – 3cups
- Ghee – ¼ cup
- Semolina (suji) – 2tbsp
- Chickpea flour (besan) – ¼ cup
- Whole wheat flour (atta) – ¾ cup
- Ghee – ½ cup
- Almonds (chopped) – handful
- Cashewnuts (chopped) – handful
- Pistachio – handful
- Cardamom powder – ½ tsp

Mix together water and jaggery and bring to a boil, lower heat to simmer to dissolve the jaggery. Remove from heat and strain the water to remove impurities. |

In a pan add little ghee and lightly fry the dry fruits and brown them. Remove and keep aside. |

Add remaining ghee and add atta and besan. On medium heat start to cook the flour till it browns. Add the jaggery water and cook till all of the water is absorbed. Cook till it leaves the side and dd the dry fruits. Remove and serve hot. |
