1 tsp Ginger chopped

1 tsp Garlic chopped

3 tbsp Onion chopped

3 tbsp Capsicum chopped

1 cup Tomato ketchup

1 tbsp Chilli sauce

1 tbsp Soya sauce

1 tbsp Honey

1tbsp Sesame seeds
Directions
Crispy fried potato fingers tossed in a honey chilli sauce. Simply irresistible and delicious party starter too

Peel and cut the potato into fries. Blanch them in water. |

Remove pat dry and apply corn starch with salt and pepper. Deep fry till crisp. Remove and keep aside. |

In a pan heat oil add dry red chilly, ginger, garlic and onions. Sauce and add capsicum and toss. Add ketchup, chilly sauce, soya sauce, salt, and honey. |

Toss again.add water and bring to boil. Now add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce. Place the potato in a bowl and drop the sauce on top of it. Garnish with sesame seeds add spring onions. Serve hot. |
