Instant Moong Dal Halwa
Ingredients
Moong dal, skinless (मूंग दाल धुली) – ½ cup
Water (पानी) – 1 cup
Milk (दूध) – ½ cup
Sugar (चीनी) – ½ cup
Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) – ½ tsp
Ghee (घी) – 2 tbsp
Nuts, chopped (ड्राई फ्रुट) – handful
Steps

For instant moong dal halwa, roast the moong dal in a pan, on medium flame and let it cool down. Then grind it coarsely. For sugar syrup, in a pan, add water, milk and sugar. Let the sugar melt.

Heat a pan and melt some ghee. Roast the ground moong dal for a minute and pour the sugar syrup and mix them up. Drop in chopped nuts and the moong dal halwa is ready to be served!
