For Cake Batter
All purpose flour (maida) – 90gm
Baking Powder – ⅔ tsp
Baking soda – ⅔ tsp
Coco Powder – 1 tsp
Butter (preferably unsalted) – 90gm
Powder Sugar – 90gm
Banana(medium) – 1no
Yoghurt – 75gm
Red Velvet Food Colour (gel based) – few drops
For Icing
Cream cheese – 200gm
Butter (preferably unsalted) – 100gm
Sugar (Powdered) – 150gm

For Cake BatterBegin by creaming together butter and sugar. Add in sliced bananas and cream the banana along with the butter and sugar. Add in the yoghurt and mix together, finally add the colour and mix till it is evenly incorporated. |

Now add in the dry ingredients and with a spatula fold them into the batter. Cut a butter paper to line the glass container. Add the batter to the lined container and even put the the surface. Bake in the microwave for 4 min. NOTE - Use the setting Moderate heat in your microwave oven or simply use the reheat button to cook the cake for 4mins approx. this time may vary from oven to oven so keep an eye on the cake. In case you want to bake this recipe in an oven or OTG then simply place the baking dish in a preheated oven and cook the cake at 165c for 30-40mins approx. |

Remove the cake and place it outside for 2 mins, then hold the butter paper and pick up the cake to place it on a cooling rack. Cool down the cake completely and then trim its edges a bit to make it even. Keep it aside. |

For Cake IcingWhip together the cream and butter until soft and light. Add in the powdered sugar and whisk till incorporated. Store in a cold place till ready to serve. |

For AssemblingPlace cooled cake on a platter and pipe the icing all over the top of the cake. Now using the star nozzle decorate the cake as per your wish. Sprinkle the cake crumbs that are left after trimming it and serve it. |
