Junglee mass is a #Rajasthani dish that is made with only 5 ingredients. Surprisingly so little ingredients & such a flavourful curry.
Ingredients
- Desi Ghee – 3/4 cup
- Garlic cloves – 7-8 nos
- Salt – to taste
- Dry red chilly – 5-6nos
- Mutton – 350 gms
- Water – 1 lt

Heat ghee in a deep pan. Add dry red chillies and garlic cloves and sauté for 2 minutes on low heat. Add mutton and bhunno it for 15 minutes. |

Now add salt and water and cover and cook till mutton is tender. Remove and serve with hot breads. |
