1

For Your Perfect Immunity Booster Kadha Chai Made with Saffola Honey Active, Take a pan, bring water to a boil in it and add Bay leaf, black pepper, cinnamon, fennel, cardamom, cloves, and carom seeds. Let it cook for 1.5-2 minutes with a lid on. (Chef’s tip: If you cook your tea for more than that, your spices will go bitter).

After turning off the flame, add tea leaves, grated ginger, turmeric root or powder. Give it a quick stir and let it steep with a lid on. If you let your tea steep off the gas, you will extract more flavor and nutrition from it and prevent any kind of bitterness. In your teapot, add tulsi leaves and strain the tea directly over it.

Done

Before serving your kadha, add your “Saffola Honey Active” in cups, which is 100% pure and natural honey from Sundarbans. Squeeze lemon in there as well. Pour tea into these cups while giving it a light stir, and your kadha chai is ready to defend you against seasonal infections!
