- Curd – 1cup
- Ice Cubes – few
- Water – a dash
- Salt – to taste
- Black salt – a pinch
- Mint chutney – 1tbsp
- Imli chutney – ¼ cup
- Grapes (chopped) – handful
- Melon seeds (toasted) – 1tbsp
- Banana (sliced) – ½ no

Begin by taking the curd in a mixing bowl, add in some ice cube, cod water, salt and black salt. |

Next add in the mint and imli chutney, chopped grapes, toasted melons seeds and a and sliced bananas. |

Mix well, and transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with roasted cumin, and imli chutney and serve, |
