Ingredients

  • Curd – 1cup
  • Ice Cubes – few
  • Water – a dash
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black salt – a pinch
  • Mint chutney – 1tbsp
  • Imli chutney – ¼ cup
  • Grapes (chopped) – handful
  • Melon seeds (toasted) – 1tbsp
  • Banana (sliced) – ½ no

Begin by taking the curd in a mixing bowl, add in some ice cube, cod water, salt and black salt.

Next add in the mint and imli chutney, chopped grapes, toasted melons seeds and a and sliced bananas.

Mix well, and transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with roasted cumin, and imli chutney and serve,
