Lemon Coriander Noodles

Ingredients
Instant Noodles (इन्स्टेंट नूडल्स) – 2 pkts/ 140 gms
Oil (तेल) – 2 tbsp
Garlic, chopped (लहसुन) – 1 tbsp
Green chilli, chopped (हरि मिर्च) – 2 nos
Tastemaker Masala (टेस्ट मेकर मसाला) – 2 pkts
Salt (नमक) – a pinch
Turmeric (हल्दी) – a pinch
Coriander, chopped (ताज़ा धनिया) – handful
Lemon, small (नींबू) – 1½ nos
Spring onion, chopped (हरा प्याज़) – handful

For yummy Lemon Coriander Noodles, boil 1 lt of water in a pot and drop in the instant noodles. Do not break them as we need longer noodle strands here.

While they are boiling heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add finely chopped garlic and green chilies. Stir and lightly cook them but do not brown the garlic. Sprinkle the tastemaker, salt, turmeric and stir well. Once the noodles are boiled, drain the water and drop them in the pan. Add chopped coriander, squeeze a lemon into it and toss them together.

You may want to use a fork or a chopstick to mix the noodles as they tend to stick to each other at this stage. Cook for a minute and then sprinkle spring onions and remove from heat. Lemon Coriander noodles are ready to be served hot. Enjoy!
