- Milk (full cream) – 1.25 lts/ 5 cups
- Sugar – 70gms/ 1/3 rd cup
- Cardamom powder (optional) – ½ tsp
- Pista – handful

Heat milk and cook till it reduces to 1/3rd. |

Mix in sugar and give a boil. Remove from heat and cool completely. Grind it to make it smooth. Add cardamom powder & pista. Pour inside the kulfi moulds and place in freezer till firm. Place an ice cream stick once it is half frozen. |

It may take 4-8 hours to freeze completely. Remove and serve frozen. |
