Mango diced – ½ cup
Water – a dash
Mint leaves – handful
Sugar – 2tbsp
Lemon – ½ no
Soda Water (chilled) – 400ml

To prepare mango mojito simply add raw and ripe mangoes to the blender along with a dash of water. Blend them to make a smooth puree. Strain if you feel the puree is chunky. |

To make it a cocktail simply add white rum to the drink and serve. 45ml of white rum is recommended for each serving. |
