For salad
- Hung curd – ¾ cup
- Salt – to taste
- Black salt – to taste
- Roasted cumin (pounded) – 1tsp
- Garlic chopped – ¼ tsp
- Purple Cabbage chopped – ½ cup
- Cabbage chopped – ½ cup
- Carrots chopped – ½ cup
- Spring onion chopped – ¼ cup

For the fillingHeat some oil in a pan, add hing, cumin, pounded coriander seeds, chopped ginger, chopped green chilli, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, amchur, black salt and salt to it |

For the saladIn a large bowl, add some hung curd, salt, black salt, pounded roasted cumin, and minced garlic and whisk thoroughly |
