Ingredients
Radish, large (मूली) – 3 nos
Mustard Oil (सरसों तेल) – ¼ cup
Ajwain (अजवाइन) – ½ tsp
Heeng (हींग) – ½ tsp
Green Chilli, slit (हरि मिर्च) – 3 nos
Salt (नमक) – to taste
Turmeric (हल्दी) – ¾ tsp
Red Chilli Powder (मिर्ची पाउडर) – 1½ tsp
Radish Leaves, chopped (मूली पत्ता) – 2½ cups
Salt (नमक) – to taste
Chaat Masala (चाट मसाला) – 1½ tsp

Add the chopped radishes to the pan. Stir well. Season with salt and turmeric. Mix until the radish pieces are coated with the spices. Cook the radishes for about 5-7 minutes until they start to soften. Once the radishes are slightly tender, add red chilli powder and mix well. Now, add the chopped radish leaves to the pan. Mix everything together. Cover the pan and let it cook for another 5-7 minutes until the radish leaves wilt down and the radish pieces are fully cooked. |
