Sabudana(soaked) – 1 cup
Boiled potato – 2 nos
Salt (vrat) – to taste
Green chilly chopped – 1 no
Cumin – 2 tsp
Oil – for frying
Charnamrit
Milk – 1 cup
Curd –2 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Honey –1 tbsp
Cardamom powder – ½ tsp
Rose water – few drops
Kewra drops – few drops
Tulsi chopped (sweet basil) – 2 leaves
Pumpkin Mash
Pumpkin diced (bright orange) – 2 cups
Salt (sendha) – to taste
Chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
Saunf (fennel seeds) – 2 tsp
Butter – 1 tbsp
Banana Chips
Raw banana – 2 nos
Oil – to fry
Salt – to taste

For Sabudana VadaSoak sabudana for 3 hours in water so that it blooms completely. . |

For CharnamritMix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Whisk them together to make it smooth. You can also use a blender for the same. Remove to shot glasses and serve chilled. |

For Pumpkin MashHeat a pan and add butter. Add saunf and saute, Now add diced pumpkin and cook for 5 minutes, add salt and chilly powder and mash it. Cook for another 5-7 minutes and remove and serve. |

For Banana ChipsPeel the raw banana, Heat the oil and slice the banana very thin in hot oil. Fry till crispy, remove and sprinkle with salt and serve. |
