Directions
Ingredients:
- Papaya diced – 1cup
- Basil leaves – a sprig
- Tang Orange – 4tbsp
- Cashew nuts (soaked) – ½ cup
- Ginger grated – ½ tsp
- Pepper powder (optional) – a pinch
- Tang Orange – 4tbsp
- Water – 2 ½ cups
- Salt – for garnish
- Lemon wedge – for garnish

In a blender mix together tang orange, papaya, lemon rind, a sprig of basil leaf, ginger, cashew nuts and a pinch of pepper. Make sure to blend it till the cashews are properly ground. |

Rub the rim of the glass with a lemon wedge to wet it. Now dunk the rim of the glass in salt and shake off the excess. Pour the drink into the glass, garnish with a basil leaf and serve. |
