Whisk the yoghurt with the vanilla extract. In another bowl, whisk the jam. |

In 2 separate glasses, add a thin layer of granola. Now add 2 big scoops of yoghurt to both the glasses. In one glass, add a thin layer of jam, then add some chopped almonds. Add some more yogurt and garnish with some almonds. |

In the other glass, add chopped fruits and then a thin layer of honey and pumpkin seeds. Add some yoghurt and garnish with pumpkin seeds. Serve immediately. |
