2cups Chickpeas (Boiled)

2tbsp Tahini

½ cup Lemon juice

2nos Garlic cloves

¼ cup Olive Oil Virgin

1cup Basil leaves

3tbsp Pinenuts

¼ cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)

a pinch Red Chilli Powder

few Olives
-
handful Bread Slices (toasted)

Place all the ingredients in a blender except for red chilli powder, olives and bread. |

Blend it into a smooth puree. If the grinder is very sluggish then you can add extra olive oil or a dash of chickpea water. |

Remove the pureed chickpeas to a bowl and garnish with chilli powder and olives. Serve it with toasted bread. |
