Prawns with Wilted Mustard

    Ingredients

    • Prawns (medium peeled) -8 nos
    • oil – 1 1/2 tbl spn
    • Garlic chopped – 1tbl spn
    • Black pepper pwd – 2 tsp
    • Salt – 1/2 tsp
    • Mustard leaves – 3 cups
    • Onion chopped – 2 tbl spn
    • Green chilly chopped – 2 tsp
    • Coriander pwd – 2 tsp
    • Chilli flakes – 1 tsp

    Boil water and add the washed mustard leaves for 15 seconds and take them out. Imme-diately place them in chilled water. Remove and drain excess water. Chop the mustard and keep side.

    Heat oil and add the onion, garlic, green chilly and saute them till transparent. Now add the prawns and toss them for a minute.

    Add chopped mustard leaves and saute for 5 minutes. Add salt, black pepper and coriander pwd and saute for another minute.

    Now toss in the chilli flakes and serve hot.
