- Curd – 1cup
- Salt – to taste
- Oil – 1tbsp
- Dry red chilli – 1no
- Mustard seeds – 1tsp
- Cumin – 1tsp
- Green cilli chopped – 1 tsp
- Ginger chopped – ½ tsp
- Curry leaves – few
- Ice Cubes – few

Begin by mixing the salt into the curd. |

Heat oil on a pan over medium flame and add in the mustard seeds, cumin and red chillies. Fry this for about 1 min or until the mustard seeds begin to splutter. |

Then add in the green chillis, ginger and curry leaf. Fry this for about 30 sec and add into the curd. |

Add in the ice cubes and mix well. |

Transfer into the serving container and garnish with a sprig of curry leaf and fried red chilli. |
