- Spring onion – 50gms
- Kalonji – 1tsp
- Feta cheese -100gms
- Pepper powder -1tsp

Place the flour in a paraat and make a well. Slowly add some water and make a stiff dough. Let it rest for 10 mins. Make balls of equal size. |

Dry roast the kalonji and add to mashed cheese. Finely chop spring onions and add to the cheese with pepper powder. |

Heat the tawa and oil with oil. Put the parantha on hot tawa cook on both sides, now apply oil and cook till it is done. Serve hot. |
