Heat oil add bayleaf, cinnamon, cardamom and cumin. Stir and add onions. cook the onions till they brown evenly. |

Keep stirring on high heat till the curd comes to a boil. Add green chillies, kewra and the veggies. Cook the veggies for 5mins.Sprinkle kasoori methi powder and add some water along with salt. |

Bring to a boil and add soaked and drained rice. give a light stir, add mint leaves, lower the heat and cover and cook. |
